This unique, themed annual half marathon weaves participants through the vineyards and valleys of our region’s iconic wine-growing areas. Winery stops dot the route sharing wine samples and snacks, followed by the Finish Line Party packed with wine, food, live music, and prizes for runners and spectators to enjoy.
Local and guest chefs will unite to showcase their culinary talents under a new theme “When Pigs Fly”, in an elegant and relaxed outdoor setting. Expect mountains of juicy ribs, flavourful pulled pork, local sausages fresh from the grill and delicious sides and salads that perfectly compliment the exceptional wines of the region.
Tasting rooms throughout the region embrace the holidays and welcome guests with two packed Winter in Wine Country weekends. From special seasonal treats to vineyard light-ups to library tastings, a visit to wineries in Oliver Osoyoos Wine Country is an exciting way to kick start the holidays.
